Double Ended Shear Beam Load Cells For High Capacity Industrial Weighing Applications

Double ended shear beam load cells are an adaptable combination of two single ended shear beam load cells into one physical construction.  This type of load cells offers high capacity and high accuracy with high resistance to side forces and off centre loading.

Double ended shear beam load cells are available with mounting kits which allow the load or force to self align to the load cell, improving accuracy and performance and prolongs the life of the load cell.  This type of cell is commonly found in vessel weighing applications as well as railway scales, weighbridges, truck scales and axle scales.

We can supply a set of 4, 6 or 8 cells with mounting kit connected via a junction box and calibrated to one of our digital weight displays for a complete weighbridge conversion. This type of load cell can also be supplied with a display with set points and mounted under a tank or vessle for a complete batching system.
