ANOTHER  WWS APPLICATION: WEIGHING OF METAL WASTE BEFORE COLLECTION.

Sometimes the value of the metal and the quantities moved every year are sufficient to motivate the investment of a weighing system (that can be used also for the other weighing needs).

The demountable can be weighed easily with three or four WWS platforms, just before the unload.

The same system can be used to weigh trucks, to control the weight of big machines before the shipment etc. The alternative is a permanent weighbridge, not always available

As you know, our traditional systems are able to calculate the position of center of gravity from the single weight and the relative coordinates of each pad. This is a standard requirement and we have standard solutions with our indicators, but other specific calculations can be done:

1) with custom programs on 3590E by using the basic interpreter supplied with (for the moment only available with traditional WWS cable). The 3590KR08 has also 64 KB of programmable memory that can be used for your programs

2) with the direct acquisition of the weight with PC (direct communication via RF, without indicator). You can make your software exactly as your customer needs.
