All of our test weights and other calibration equipment is traceable to national standard and a copy of our own calibration certificates are available on request. Onsite Calibration
Our team of experienced and professional engineers carry out onsite calibration in accordance with the UKWF code of practice. Our onsite calibration service covers all types of industry including laboratory, medical, retail, logistics, education, agriculture and food production. We offer either annual or periodic onsite calibration, arranged around your requirements and budget. Certification is supplied for each machine, approved by the UKWF and traceable to our ISO9001-2008 quality management system.
In House Calibration
We offer a very competitive in-house calibration service for all types of weighing scales, load cells and vehicle weigh pads. For calibration of high capacity machines we have two 50 ton hydraulic presses, one in tension and the other in compression, both fitted with high accuracy load cells and digital display units. We also have a large selection of calibrated test weights in class F1 for calibration of laboratory balances with accuracy from 0.1mg and M1 test weights for higher capacity machines.
