Process Control Weighing
Coventry Scale stock a wide selection of weight indicators, analog weight transmitters, digital weight transmitters and load cells for process control weighing applications. We supply process control equipment for gravimetric filling and discontinuous totalising, single product dosing in loading and unloading and multi-product dosage functioning. If you require a weighing process controller for a specific application then please contact our friendly team of experts for advice on any of our products. Our range of process instruments, load cells and systems are designed speed up processes, reduce product loss and improve quality using industry standard interfaces for quick and reliable connectivity.

Process controllers, microcontrollers, digital weight trans mitters and load cells for process control weighing.
The process control series of weight indicators and weight transmitters offer a cost effective and practical solution to interpret the weight of the load cell sensors and transmit it to an external device such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), microcontrollers or PC via RS232, RS232/C, RS485 serial port, relay output or programmable analogue output. Thanks to the plug and play external switching, the user can communicate in one of the following methods:
- Ethercat TCP/IP
- Modbus RTU
- Modbus TCP
- Radio Frequency
All of the process controllers supplied by Coventry Scale company are available in different formats such as panel mounted, DIN rail mounted or as a traditional weight display with wall fixing bracket making them simple to integrate with existing installations.
The multifunction firmware allows you to convert the weight from standard grams and kilos to other units of measurement (Newtons, pounds, litres, percentage weighing, pieces etc.), measure the peak weight where the display will lock on the largest weight or force, perform consecutive accumulation, and send the total.
Analogue weight transmitters, digital weight transmitters, Process controllers and microcontrollers can be supplied as standard or trade approved depending on the requirements of the application or the product.
